Returns & Refunds Policy 

  1. Products are eligible for return/exchange within 7 days of delivery in case of:

    • Damaged or defective product received.

    • Wrong item delivered.

    • Manufacturing defect.

  2. To be eligible for a return:

    • Product must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags intact.

    • Proof of purchase (order ID/invoice) is required.

 Refunds

Refund Policy : 

Damage : Once damage order is return and approved then the order will be delivered in 7 days .


Return & Exchange : If return is approved then exchange or replaced product will be delivered in 7 days.

Return should be made within 7 days after receiving the product

Refund policy : If approved then refund will be credited to the original payment method within 7 days.

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days, back to your original payment method.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer/UPI.

🚚 Return Shipping

  • If the error is from our side (wrong/damaged product), Ecoban Handicrafts will bear the return shipping charges.

  • If the customer wishes to return for personal reasons (change of mind, size preference, etc.), return courier charges must be borne by the customer.
